Hello
I’m P.Van, growing up I had always liked to create things, I made my own toys from clay and modified almost everything I had owned. I got into drawing when I was really young by copying comic books, Japanese anime characters and Japanese art.
I am drawn to vast landscapes, still life and figurative/portraits. I paint a wide variety of subjects in an impressionistic style. In every paintings I am striving to understand the composition of nature and how the light effect works. My goal for every paintings is achieve a sense of reality with visible bold brush strokes and impressionistic colors.
I spend everyday trying to master my craft and better myself as an Artist.
